Blurb/Synopsis:
Robin, the recipient of a brand-new heart, knows he can’t give it to just anyone….
Robin’s been through his share of upsets recently, from heart transplant surgery to a brutal breakup. But his experiences have taught him life is short, and he’s ready to seize the day and start anew. A job at Euro Pride Tours is just the kind of adventure he’s looking for. He gets to see the world and live a little, but love isn’t on his radar screen. He isn’t sure his heart can endure that again.
Johan might’ve disappointed his family by striking out on his own, but when he meets Robin, he has no intention of letting him down. Each man is just what the other needs to feel whole again, and while Johan might not be the man Robin originally thought he was, he’s exactly what the doctor ordered to make Robin’s borrowed heart beat faster. As the tour through Germany progresses, they grow closer, but when Robin’s ex joins the tour, he could bring their blossoming love to a dramatic halt.

After dinner, the group had taken a night tour of the town. Most of them had settled in a small café near the town center for coffee and dessert. Robin made sure they knew their way back to the hotel and then went back himself. He needed to try to get some sleep.

He unlocked the room and stepped in, just as Johan came out of the bathroom, a small towel around his waist that barely covered his bits and butt, leaving strong legs and sexy abs exposed to Robin’s hungry gaze. He turned away and went right to his bag, busying himself as Johan moved behind him, hopefully dressing.
“Are you going out?” Johan asked.
“No. Most of the group found a café. Billy and Kyle went off to find some nightlife.” Robin carefully sat on the cot, relieved when it didn’t collapse, though it definitely groaned. “I’m going to go over the things for tomorrow.”
Johan rolled his eyes, and Robin got up the courage to actually look up at him. Johan had pulled on a pair of jeans, but he was still bare-chested, and the temperature in the small room spiked at least ten degrees. A visual feast of golden skin, lean muscle by no means muscle-bound, and a dusting of dark hair sent Robin’s pulse racing. He turned away again, because lusting after his coworker was so damn wrong on so many levels.
Robin’s brown curls—his mom called them shaggy—fell into his eyes, and he used them as cover to look a little more. Johan walked closer to the window, his belly at perfect eye level, a dark trail slipping into his pants, leading to… well, Robin’s imagination could certainly fill in any gaps, and it did in spectacular fashion.
“Maybe I will go out,” Robin said softly. Lord knew if Johan stayed in the room, especially like that, Robin wasn’t going to be able to breathe. Robin grabbed his messenger bag and hurried to the door, almost forgetting his key, before leaving the room and hurrying down the hall to the stairs.
Outside on the cobbled street, Robin took a deep breath and slowly walked toward town. There was a small convenience-type store a few blocks away, and it would be good if he got some more water and a few snacks.
“Robbie.”
Robin gritted his teeth and turned to find Johan striding toward him.
“You didn’t have to leave the room so quickly.” He fell into step with him.
“I’m Robin, not Robbie,” he said firmly. He hated that nickname.
“Okay. You still didn’t have to leave.” Johan looked at him with his big, almost-mysterious brown eyes for long enough that Robin felt heat rising at the base of his spine. “Are you one of those prudish Americans who keeps himself covered all the time?”
“I’m not prudish,” Robin said. “I just needed some fresh air and to get a few things.” He continued on his way, doing his best to keep his attention on the way ahead and not on Johan’s hotness.
“Do you not like guys? Is that it? You work for a gay tour company.” Johan walked faster as Robin sped up. He hadn’t meant to, but his legs just kept moving more quickly. “Maybe you’re one of those people who doesn’t like to be happy or something.”
Robin came to an abrupt stop, opening his mouth to give Johan a tongue lashing, but he realized he was standing in front of the café where half his tour group sat, watching them. Well, they were watching Johan. No one ever paid that much attention to him.
Robin whirled on his heels and continued toward town. How dare Johan try to get into his head. “For your information, yes, I like guys, and I’m not a prude. Though you seem to have exhibitionist tendencies. Is what you’ve got really worth making sure everyone sees it?” He turned to Johan and cocked his eyebrow.
Johan smiled and didn’t retort, which pissed Robin off a little more and actually raised his curiosity level. Damn it all to hell. Why was he doing this to himself? They had a job to do.

Blurb/Synopsis:
Professional basketball player Bri Early needs a physical therapist after an injury, and he’s heard that Obie is the best. Bri takes an immediate liking to the out-and-proud man with the magic touch, and even though Bri isn’t openly gay himself, he’d never let anything stand in the way of something he wants.
Obie can’t deny that the sexy athlete presses all his buttons, but he’s a professional and has no intention of getting involved with a client. While they’re working together, it’s hands off, no matter how great the temptation.
But being a pro athlete isn’t easy. Bri has enemies, and one of them is making his life hell. When his house is set ablaze, Bri can no longer pretend the threatening messages he’s receiving are jokes. He needs a safe place to stay, and Obie can’t turn his back. But the two of them in the same house is a recipe for combustion that could burn them both….

Just as Obie suspected, they got there only to stand in a line a block long. Worse, it hadn’t moved more than ten feet in the last half hour. At this rate, they would get in next Thursday. In desperation and because he was tired of standing there, he messaged Monty and got a quick response.

“I’m inside. I’ll send Hunter out to get you.”
“The guys are with me,” Obie said.
“I’ll warn him.” The message was followed with a happy face. And sure enough, five minutes later, Hunter, accompanied by one of the bouncers, found them and they were escorted around the rest of the line and into the club, which pulsated with energy.
“Oh my God,” David said, holding on to Obie’s arm as though he might faint. “Would you look at him.” He pointed, and Obie let his gaze follow. “Do you think he’d let me climb him like a tree?”
“No!” Obie said firmly. “Just don’t you dare.” Then he turned at the sound of a familiar voice. There was his newest client, propped up on crutches.
“Hunter,” he heard Bri say as they approached. “This isn’t my thing. I’m happy to support the AIDS Research Council, but it’s getting late. I think I’m just going to head home.”
Obie was definitely surprised to see Bri here, but then, the evening was for a good cause. He liked that Bri cared enough to help out.
He was just about to go over and say something, but his friend beat him to it.
“Hi, I’m David.” He held out his hand to Bri. “You’re Bri Early, aren’t you? I’m sure I’ve seen you on television. You do those luscious commercials for Chanel. I went out and bought some, just because of you.” He leaned closer. “Want to check it out and see?” He pressed his upturned hand forward so Bri could supposedly smell his wrist.
“Knock it off,” Obie said. “Be nice. He doesn’t want to smell you.” He definitely needed to run a little interference.
“Yeah, none of us do,” Chippy added, much to David’s visible consternation. Chippy tugged David in the direction of the bar as Monty joined Hunter, wrapping an arm around him.
“Dang, half of gay Philly is here tonight.” Monty looked up at Hunter, his partner. “I think I need to mark you, just so all the trolling queens will keep their damn distance,” he said, louder than was necessary. The circle of guys inching their way closer seemed to back away a little, but not for long. It seemed they had their sights on Bri as well.
“I know. Thanks, Hunter, for coming to our rescue,” Obie said. “I thought we’d be in that line forever.”
“Speaking of rescues, do you think you could give me a little help?” Bri glanced around, his deep brown eyes a little dazed as the vultures seemed to close in.
“No problem.” Obie walked to his left side, taking Bri’s arm. “Let’s see if we can find a table.” Obie gave the onlookers his best “He’s with me, bitches” look and guided his new client over to a table with a Reserved sign on it. Hunter slid right in with Monty, and Obie made sure Bri got settled before he took a place next to him.
“What can I get you?” a buff server asked, a black T-shirt, at least two sizes too small, straining over his chest and biceps.
“Club soda with lime,” Bri ordered.
“I’ll have the same. I need to make sure I can get my friends home in one piece.” Obie thanked the server as he was leaving.
“They seem a little feral,” Bri said, and Obie chuckled. Damn, he couldn’t help it.
“They’re good guys, believe it or not. Even if they’re a little over the top sometimes.” He turned to see David and Chippy on their way over, each with their hands full.

His Leading Man by: Ashlyn Kane w/ Interview & Giveaway

Title: His Leading Man
Author: Ashlyn Kane
Series: Standalone Title
Genre: M/M Contemporary Romance
Publisher: DreamSpinner Press (A DreamSpun Desires Title)
Release Date: June 5 2018
Edition/Format: 1st Edition/Format~ Audio, eBook, Print
Blurb/Synopsis:

He wrote a comedy. Fate directed a romance.
Drew Beaumont is bored of the same old roles: action hero, supervillain, romantic lead. He’s not going to let a fresh gay buddy comedy languish just because they can’t find him the right costar. No, Drew bats his eyelashes and convinces everyone that the movie’s writer should play Drew’s not-so-straight man.
Aspiring writer Steve Sopol has never had a screenplay optioned. Now one of Hollywood’s hottest properties wants to be in a movie Steve hasn’t finished writing— and he wants Steve as his costar. Turns out the chemistry between them is undeniable—on and off-screen.
Drew swore off dating in the biz, but Steve is the whole package: sharp, funny, humble, and cute. For Steve, though, giving in to the movie magic means the end of the privacy he cherishes. Will the credits roll before their ride into the sunset?

“Oh, get out of here. Go home. Go find some pretty young thing and make the most of what’s left of the night.”

Without meaning to, Drew glanced over at Steve, who was talking to Flora. “Not really my thing.”
Nina eyed him shrewdly. “Oh? Like them a little older than you, do you?”
Damn it. “I don’t date.”
She let out a lewd chuckle. “Who said anything about dating?”
“Nina!” Drew hissed. Fortunately no one seemed to be paying them any attention, everyone dragging ass to get ready to leave for the day—or else hightailing it, fueled on some kind of post work energy infusion Drew would very much like the recipe for. “I’m not going to screw around with a costar. I’m more professional than that!”
Nina raised one well-manicured eyebrow in an incredibly articulate retort. Okay, so she probably knew him too well to buy what he was selling. He didn’t date in the business, but that had never stopped him from hooking up with other actors and actresses who shared his philosophy.
Well. Maybe Drew should just be true to himself. “Whatever. I gotta go, Nina. See you tomorrow!”
If he hurried, he could catch up with Steve in Wardrobe.
By the time he got there to hang up his expertly tailored jeans and gossamer-thin T-shirt, Steve was unfolding his own cargo shorts. “Hey. You got big plans tonight?”
Drew winced. “I still have to hit the gym.” He’d skipped working out too many days this week. “But first, fuel.” He slipped his belt through the loops and set it in its cubby. “You?”
“I run in the mornings.”
Of course he did. Drew wanted to ask And the shoulders? but he had too much self-respect. Okay, champ. Here’s your chance. “What about this Saturday?”
Steve paused with his hand on his fly. “I’m running then too?”
Drew narrowed his eyes, trying to decide if he was playing hard-to-get or being obtuse. “After that. Seven o’clock, eight if we want to be fashionably late and make an entrance.”
Steve paused, brow furrowed. “Are you, uh…?”
Not exactly the resounding yes Drew had been hoping for, but he injected his voice with as much confidence as he could fake. “I’m asking you to dinner.” And then abruptly his feigned confidence fled and he added, “My date canceled to go to Hawaii, and the idea of spending four hours in a tux eating canapés and schmoozing with people who spent a thousand dollars a plate to schmooze with me makes me hate humanity.”
“Gosh, you’re such a people person,” Steve said, drier than a stale saltine in Vegas. “I can’t imagine why you have trouble finding dates.”
Ouch. Drew probably deserved that. “Sorry, that just… ugh. Let me start over?” He unbuttoned his jeans and started shimmying out of them. The process took a few seconds. “I have an extra ticket to a fundraiser dinner at the aquarium. I guess the penguins need a new air conditioner or something. I always take Leigh to stuff like this because I know she’s not using me for publicity and she can hold up her end of the conversation without trying to get in my pants.” He finally got the skinny jeans down to his ankles, but he didn’t dare kick them off because Will would murder him if the seams ripped. Instead he bent to work them over his feet. “But she can’t come. And I like spending time with you.”
Damn it. When Drew glanced up, Steve still didn’t look convinced. He certainly wasn’t jumping at the chance to spend a night off with Drew. Maybe Drew had read him wrong.
But finally his expression cleared and he said, “Pick me up at seven.”
Yes!
There was just one problem, of course.
Drew still didn’t know if it was a date. Or even if he wanted it to be.

The Deadly Prophesy of Enoch by: Douglas C. Atkins w/ Interview & Giveaway

Title: The Deadly Prophesy of Enoch
Author: Douglas C. Atkins
Series: Standalone Title
Genre: Dystopian Fantasy with Christian Elements
Publisher:
Release Date:
Edition/Format: 1st Edition/Format~ eBook & Print
Blurb/Synopsis:
Hundreds of years ago, deep within an ancient Jewish religious work, the details of a prophesied judgment day are revealed. Written in 300 BC, the book of Enoch holds the truth for the future. The world needs to know the reality, but one question remains-who will spread the word?
Long after the turn of the twenty-first century, water and oxygen are in short supply. With nearly all the natural resources depleted, a megacompany controls the insatiable demand for water and oxygen through its international desalination plants. But when the company's network administrator discovers someone is sending out classified security information about the plants, he has no idea that it is all part of a plot hatched by the Church of the Elect. Its leader, Shaul Eitan, is determined to carry out a plan to destroy all the desalination plants and, worse yet, to initiate a nuclear holocaust. Eitan wants nothing more than to destroy the human population forever. The Watchers have no choice-they must risk everything.
Chaos reigns in a future dystopian world as everyone wonders if the book of Enoch has foretold a truthful ending to the universe.

“Better take it easy on that,” Kamryn said. “We have to conserve as much as we can. Wait a minute, how much did you drink?” Sabino held up the jug and saw that he had almost emptied it. He experienced a deep feeling of guilt. “Why the hell did you drink so much?” she demanded.
“I couldn’t help it. I was afraid I would dehydrate. I had to drink a lot, and I had to wash out my cut.”
“Well, Ping, congratulations. You just finished a whole day’s water supply. Now we have enough for less than a day. I should drink the water, and you should go through all of the work of preparing a cactus.”
“Kamryn, I’m sorry, but I couldn’t stop,” he said, lamely trying to defend himself. “It’s like something that came over me. I had to drink.”
“Oh, bullshit. You have no self-control. That’s all. You come from a world of self-indulgence. You have no sense of conservation.”
“I said I’m sorry.”
“Sorry won’t save our lives,” she said. “Well, forget about it. We’ll just have to deal with it. Let’s have a look at your cheek.”
They continued to talk while she doctored his laceration.
“It seems to have gotten worse during the day,” she said. “There’s no way to disinfect it. I don’t know anything about improvised medicine.”
“What time is it?” he asked without thinking to look at his own watch. He was trying to change the subject. The pain of her cleaning the wound was much worse than the last time she had done it.
“It’s nearly five o’clock. How are you with that gun?”
“I’ll bet I can shoot better than you.”
“We need to hunt for something to eat. There are snakes out here, and maybe some mice, but they’re a bit small to shoot.”
“That’s my choice?”
“Unless you want to eat insects.”
“I’ll put on my shoes,” he said and started to grab them.
“Wait! Don’t pick them up. I’ll show you how to do it.”
“I can’t pick up my shoes?”
“Scorpions like to crawl into things. Pick it up by the toe and shake it upside down, then look inside. Don’t put your hand or foot in there until you’re absolutely sure nothing is inside.”
He looked inside and didn’t see anything, but he shook them anyway and looked again. Then he put them on.
“Thanks for the tip,” he said. They walked around in the late afternoon heat but didn’t find any game. The work of hunting made them very thirsty, and they drank a lot of their scant water supply. Soon, they packed up the site. The sun was almost down when Kamryn said it was time to walk. He was really hungry and wondered when he would have the opportunity to eat.
Like the night before, there was only a half moon. It was hard to see some of the rocks and smaller shrubs. Sabino stumbled many times; so did Kamryn. He heard her swear often. They rested several times and took stones and sand out of their shoes. She had told him that if they didn’t keep debris out of their shoes, it might cause blisters and sores. That could be disastrous. If that happened and the sores got infected like his cut, there would be no way to go on. They would become stranded in the desert and die.

Unfamiliar Waters by: Andrew Grey w/ Creative Post & Giveaway

Title: Unfamiliar Waters
Author: Andrew Grey
Series: Standalone
Genre: M/M Contemporary Romance/ Law Enforcement
Publisher: DreamSpinner Press
Release Date: Jan 8 2019
Edition/Format: 1st Edition/Format ~ eBook & Print
Blurb/Synopsis:
With the pressures of the job bearing down on him, police officer Garrett Wreckley needs a vacation—in fact, he isn’t given a choice in the matter. Since the water has always soothed Garrett’s soul, he heads to the Caribbean, hoping some time alone sailing on the open water will help him pull himself together.
But even though he’s taking a break from law enforcement, Garrett can’t get rid of his cop’s instinct so easily.
He meets Nigel, a young man as innocent as he is beautiful, who grew up sheltered from the world, exploring the beaches and tropical forests with only the company of his aunt, his brother, and the wildlife and sea creatures he befriended.
As sweet, passionate love blooms, their time in paradise feels too good to be true… and Garrett’s gut and training tell him that might be the case. As he investigates, he quickly realizes everything is not as it seems. Will his snooping destroy not only their romance, but everything Nigel believes about his life?

After noon, clouds built to the east and the wind picked up. Garrett checked his timing and bearings, set the wheel, and added additional sail to pick up speed. The radar showed some sort of storm heading his way, though it could be possible for him to outrun it.

The two islands were only twenty-five miles apart, so no more than three hours out of St. Lucia, he should be spying land at any time. Garrett scanned the horizon and his GPS as he sped over the water. The waves picked up with the wind as the storm drew closer. Most Caribbean storms were small and mainly dumped rain, but this one must have some oomph. It didn’t appear to be big, but it was packing some wind.
With still about an hour to go by his calculations, he spied land off to the west. Rather than questioning it, he headed that way.
The island was small, definitely not Martinique. The chart listed it as Montessa. Not that he’d ever heard of it. Didn’t matter, though. The clouds drew closer and closer to the water as he approached the north side of the island. He found a break in the reef and slipped into a small cove. The water instantly calmed, and he breathed a sigh of relief. After dropping anchor, he lowered the sails and stowed them away, then closed all the windows, as well as the access hatch. He wasn’t sure exactly what he was in for, but when the rain hit, it was torrential. The boat rocked side to side, but not badly, and he stood under shelter, setting out some clean buckets to catch the fresh water.
After the thunder and lightning passed, Garrett stripped down, grabbed a bar of soap, and washed himself off, letting the rain rinse him clean.
Once done, Garrett went inside, dried off, dressed, and made himself dinner, listening to the rain pound the roof of the cabin overhead. The batteries were charged and he’d used very little the night before, so he settled on the bed to read, passing the hours quietly until it was time to sleep.
Sometime in the night, the storm passed, leaving behind quiet, and again Garrett slept soundly. He hadn’t dreamed, at least not that he remembered.
In the morning, other than being wet, the boat was fine. He ate a cold breakfast and then ventured onto the deck. He stood, scanning over the island for any signs of habitation. He saw nothing but thick vegetation and a small lagoon nearer to shore. He thought he might explore it and moved the boat closer inland. With no one around and a sandy beach, he figured it was safe for a swim ashore to have a look around.
Garrett dressed for the water and sun in his suit and a solar shirt before venturing back out. He’d planned to jump off the side of the boat for the swim to shore, but when movement near the beach caught his eye, he paused on deck.
A man stepped out of the trees, blond and tall, sun-kissed, wearing a pair of shorts and a gray T-shirt that he pulled over his head as he got closer to the water. Garrett watched the gorgeous creature move with unusual grace before stopping, and knew the minute the man spotted the boat—he stopped to look and then waved. Garrett waved back, still just watching and wishing he had his binoculars. The man waded into the water as though looking for something, then dove, swimming strongly when he came up before diving again, surfacing with a large conch shell. He paddled to shore, looked it over, then dove back into the water and came up without it.
This time when he broke the surface, the man waved again and motioned him over. Garrett contemplated only a minute before diving into the water, heading straight to shore. After all, some god of the water didn’t beckon him every day of the week. Even as he swam, Garrett wondered if he’d imagined the whole thing. It wasn’t until he stepped out of the water and the man approached that he was sure he was real.
